How Our Automated Render Farm Works

Our system is fully automated, available 24/7, and designed to be simple and intuitive. No matter where you are in the world, you can submit your scenes at any time via the Internet. Here are the key steps to use our service:

  1. Registration:
    • Create a user account (required for your first project).
  2. Prepare Your Scene with RANCHecker:
    • Prepare your scene locally on your computer using our free RANCHecker plugin (check render settings, assets, etc.).
  3. Submit Your Project:
  4. Automated Rendering:
    • We process your project on our automated render farm.
  5. Download Results:
    • Once rendering is complete, download your images (via RANCHSync, Web Interface, or FTP client).

To keep you informed about your project’s progress, our system automatically sends emails at each key stage:

  • Rendering Started: You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your project has begun processing.
  • Rendering Completed: A second email notifies you that rendering is finished. This email includes:
    • Detailed statistics (GHz.h used, processing time, data volume to download, etc.).
    • Project report (available for download).
    • Download information (FTP server address, project folder, login credentials).
  • Payment Validation (if your Safe was not topped up): Once payment is confirmed, the final email contains all the information needed to download your files:
    • FTP server address.
    • Project folder.
    • Login credentials (username and password).

If you cannot access your emails for any reason, don’t worry! All necessary information is also available directly on the RANCH website:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “Dashboard” section.
  3. By clicking on the relevant project(s), you will find:
    • Download links (FTP and HTTP).
    • Project report.
    • Project logs.
    • Project details (software versions, selected priority, etc.).

  • Check your spam folder: Our emails may sometimes end up there.
  • Save your credentials: Keep your FTP login details handy for quick access.
  • Use the “Dashboard” section: This is the central hub for tracking your projects’ status and downloading your files.
