Unfortunately, no. The project will have to be restarted with the missing images only.

Yes, you can stop a project at any time from your account.

A project can also be stopped due to insufficient funds in your safe.

How do I get my CineBench or OctaneBench score? What is it for?

You can download the benchmark from the publisher’s website and run the program on your computer (free of any other tasks) to obtain the score of its machine. You can also consult the score directly on the publisher’s website depending on your configuration.

This allows us to know the speed of your machine and thus determine how much faster we will be and for what price.

What is Animation/Prepass rendering (V-Ray) mode and when should it be used?

For all your animations using the irradiance map in your IM solution, we advise you to use this mode which allows you to have a “smoothed” animation without flickering.

Why use the “pack into .blend” function?

This ensures that your textures are not forgotten in the rendering on the farm and makes the work of RANCHecker easier.

Do I have to (pre)calculate my simulation caches before sending them to the RANCH? How do I do this?

Yes, this is necessary to avoid long calculation times (and overcharging). See the documentation on how to do this.
